
A 45- minute half Vinyasa and half Yin practice: This practice is serves to ease stress, anxiety, low energy, depressive symptoms, regulating the nervous system. The first half Vinyasa involves connecting the breath with movement (asanas), to ease down the intensity of anxiety and stress, or offering movement to draw energy up for depressive themes. The latter half Yin offers grounding and soothing the brain and body, holding poses (asanas) and connecting to the breath- regulating the nervous system. Suitable for beginners and beyond.
