The Grounder Mid: A grounding, rooting practice great for stress & anxiety - A 45- Minute Practice

This is a 45 minute grounding, rooting practice for stress & anxiety suitable for the beginner and beyond. During your consult call, you may choose between Vinyasa (flow), Hatha, or Yin Yoga.. You may also request a choice of guided imagery exercise, or NADA Auricular Acupuncture for an extended Savasana (a resting pose in yoga that is typically practiced at the end of a yoga session).

The Grounder Extended: A 60- Minute Practice

This session is an extended version of The Grounder Mid if you are wanting more time with this grounding Vinyasa, Hatha, or Yin yoga practice and/ or more time in Savasana with or without a guided imagery practice and/ or NADA Auricular Acupuncture. We can create a practice for you wellness needs during a consult call.

The Grounder Abbreviated : A 30-Minute Practice

This is a shortened version of The Grounder Mid: A 30- minute grounding, rooting Vinyasa (flow), Hatha, or Yin yoga practice for stress and anxiety: A Gentle Vinyasa (Flow) practice suitable for the beginner and beyond. A choice of Pranyama (breath practice) or a guided imagery practice will be offered during Savasana (the resting pose often offered at the end of a yoga session). Schedule a consult call to customize your practice for your wellness needs.

You Build It- Together

A small group 45 minute class offering for your tribe: Gather a few friends (up to five) family members, colleagues, you partner for a wellness yoga experience you want. Your group can choose Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin or a combination class whether you’re wanting some stress relief, more energy, or wanting to feel good in your body- reach out to me to create and schedule your group class. Small groups at this time are offered at the site of your choosing such as Casper area parks, places of work, or your home. Larger group offerings for work cites and special gatherings are also welcome- please contact me for special pricing for larger groups. Contact me for special scheduling options for groups as well.

1/2 & 1/2 - Mid

A 45- minute half Vinyasa and half Yin practice: This practice is serves to ease stress, anxiety, low energy, depressive symptoms, regulating the nervous system. The first half Vinyasa involves connecting the breath with movement (asanas), to ease down the intensity of anxiety and stress, or offering movement to draw energy up for depressive themes. The latter half Yin offers grounding and soothing the brain and body, holding poses (asanas) and connecting to the breath- regulating the nervous system. Suitable for beginners and beyond.
