The Grounder Abbreviated : A 30-Minute Practice

This is a shortened version of The Grounder Mid: A 30- minute grounding, rooting Vinyasa (flow), Hatha, or Yin yoga practice for stress and anxiety: A Gentle Vinyasa (Flow) practice suitable for the beginner and beyond. A choice of Pranyama (breath practice) or a guided imagery practice will be offered during Savasana (the resting pose often offered at the end of a yoga session).
